Thirty trips around the sun. God willing, that’s what we’ll be celebrating at Linneman’s Riverwest Inn on September 26, 2020.

Jammin’ at Linneman’s. That’s pretty much perfect. And while the doors will be closed to in-person attendance, Linneman’s multi-camera, quality-audio system will beam rock ‘n’ roll to any place with an internet connection.

California Jeff rivals Bob Weir for best barefoot storyteller I’ve ever seen grace a stage. Whiskey and the Devil melt faces with bluesy, scotch-soaked rock riffs.

Nobody knows what the hell Mon J Rane is. I heard they’re setting up branches across America’s heartland. Reports of a freakish cult with architecturally-astounding abilities, roaming through the Rust Belt after the bars close… those reports send a wave of crippling anxiety into any God-fearing American. I suspect, however, that these hooligans will bring some strange funk. And lashes of lyrical roots music.
