Sunday August 22nd marks what would’ve been the 104th birthday of The Late Great King Of The Boogie John Lee Hooker. Mr. Hooker was my biggest influence and inspiration not only in my professional career, but also in my life as well. The man and his music taught me a lot of things about life and the meaning of Selflessness.

The Blues Howlers and I will be putting on a big Birthday Tribute show at Linneman’s Riverwest Inn at 4 PM sharp. Chicago Blues Hall Of Famer Paul Filipowicz will be making a very special guest appearance. There will be more surprises and details released soon. Ciao
