Holly and the Nice Lions are a three piece rock-n-roll monster named by one of front woman, Holly Trasti’s, young students. Their stage presence has been said to rival those of Iggy and the Stooges, Patti Smith, The MC5, and The Yeah Yeah Yeah’s. Their recorded efforts reflect a controlled chaos shining through their darkened and thunderous overtones. Drummer Travis Pashek hits like he is trying to move mountains sonically while keeping everything together. Bassist Steven Spoerl rides the line of melody maker and stark, percussive passion. Holly Trasti wields her guitar prowess with abandon while delivering vocals of the same manner. Holly and the Nice Lions are not suited to be a backdrop to an experience, but rather a band to be experienced.

Fake Blind Date is Kari Lueneberg aka Molli Putz, on guitar, lead vocal, and flute; journeyman bassist, singer, ‘n’ harmonica-slinger Paul McComas; unparalleled up-‘n’-comer Megan Rault on sax, flute, ‘n’ jazz vocal; and “Peter Van Eck a- drummin’ like HECK!”
