“LOKO, AKA Cullen McCloskey is a recent graduate of UW Milwaukee who focuses on user interactivity, audio and video manipulation and creation, and generative media. As the theme of nostalgia takes the spotlight of most of his songs, he utilizes various techniques, especially foley and sound manipulation, into his creations. With a background in upright bass, Loko dials in glitchy atmospheres intertwined with basic composition techniques to immerse the listener into his own imaginary worlds.
