Doors open at 6:00 PM\, and we will start the drawing a little after 7.\n\n♫ Everyone is invited to the potluck\, not just the people on the roster. Reserves\, especially if it’s your first time\, are encouraged to join us. Bring your friends and family. Get them to sign up as reserves. Get them indoctrinated! RESERVE SIGN UP NEVER CLOSES!\n\n♫ I recommend you arrive by 6:30pm\, but not earlier than 6pm\, because that’s when Jim is going to open the bar. That’s enough time to get some food and mingle a bit before we get down to business.\n\n♫ I’m going to say it; the success or failure of the potluck mostly depends on YOU. I’m busy planning an event. I’m probably not cooking for all y’all. I will provide pizza (get it while it’s there!) and things like utensils\, napkins\, plates. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. You all have been killing it with food sharing at the potluck for years so I’m sure you can handle this!\n\n♫ There will be 16 numbered tables in the showroom.
