Doors at 7pm\, show at 7:30pm. \n\nBill Camplin is a singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist who began playing professionally in the Milwaukee Area in the late 1960’s. Bill writes and arranges his own material and has produced a considerable body of work. Bill was an integral part of the Milwaukee acoustic folk scene for many years and appeared regularly at various clubs including the Blue River Café\, Numero Unos\, The Crystal Palace\, The Avante Garde and the 19th Street Coffee House. \nBand Members\nJASON KLAGSTAD – Guitars\, backing vocals – Jason is considered one of the top live and studio musicians in the Milwaukee area and has been playing professionally for over 45 years. \nHe has been a member of several area and nationally known bands\, including stints with Howie Epstein (Tom Petty)\, Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads)\, Arroyo\, Color Radio\, Warner Bros. recording artist\, Semi-Twang\, Bill Camplin (since 1974) and the local rock band favorite\, Plumb Loco. His distinctive guitar playing style has been featured on many recordings. With Peter Buffet for example\, he recorded film\, tv and recording projects\, appearing on 3 Buffett albums and the soundtrack for the Kevin Costner television special\, 500 Nations. During his performing/recording career\, Jason also ran several area music stores\, including his own – Big Music\, a specialty music instrument store\, until the mid1990’s. \nPAUL WEHRLEY – Bass guitar – Although Paul played trombone in marching band while in high school\, he did not envision trombone as his musical nexus. A couple of friends needed a bass player and Paul\, always the organizer\, agreed. From 1974 – 1982 Paul co-founded and played with both RIO and Arroyo\, two of the region’s seminal Country Rock bands. His early immersion in that genre provided a deep connection with Bill Camplin’s material. \nAfter his four year stint with Arroyo he became one of region’s top studio engineers\, typically working out of Waukesha’s Breezeway studios producing albums for many regional and national Artists. During this time he also played for many years with local cover rock band\, Plumb Loco. DESCRIPTION:A true chance to catch a rising star\, Hudson Valley based Dylan Doyle has been putting on spellbinding performances nationally as well as internationally. It’s a uniquely American sound Doyle calls “a big melting pot.” After sharing the stage with the young musician in Memphis a few years back\, Ben Cauley\, sole survivor of the Otis Redding plane crash and Co-founder of the Bar-Kays likened Dylan to a young Jimi Hendrix. When asked about the young talent coming up in the Hudson Valley\, Van Morrison guitarist John Platania stated “Dylan Doyle is the future.” Bill Payne of Little Feat described Dylan’s play as “Imaginative and original.” After a performance at the Chicago House of Blues the young musician was informed by a representative of Hollywood Records the Disney owned company is interested and will be tracking his development. After a recent performance at the iconic Levon Helm Studios\, Dylan was approached by James Dolan\, President of Madison Square Garden\, and was solicited to perform at future Garden events. DESCRIPTION:The Swivels are excited to be joined by Combustor for their debut and CD release party!!  \n\nCombustor is a Milwaukee-based combo formed in 2022\, made up of veteran indie/punk/alternative musicians Clancy Carroll (guitars\, vocals)\, Marc Graves (drums\, percussion) and Bobby Mitchell (bass\, vocals).\n\n\nThe members’ past endeavors include: The Haskels (“Taking The City By Storm” EP)\, The Ones (“Tightrope” 45)\, Dominoes (“Lies” EP)\, 3 On Fire (“How Many\, How Long” 45)\, Clancy Carroll Band (“Honesty” EP) and a very long list of others.\n\n\nWith influences as varied as Ramones\, Prince\, Stooges\, James Brown\, Buzzcocks\, Miles Davis and Grand Funk Railroad\, Combustor’s focus on songwriting and heady mix of old skool rock\, melodic punk\, powerful pop and funk is certain to engage.\n\n \n\nThe Swivels play funky original rock & roll\, and just released their debut CD  Dawn of Swivelization. \nThe five-piece band includes a mix of veterans: drummer Dan Glaser\, bassist Paul Ryan\, guitarist Chris Peterson\, songwriter\, keyboardist\, and singer Carter Hunnicutt\, and presenting Caleb Hunnicutt on vocals & percussion. \n \n\nDoors at 7pm\, show at 8:00pm\, $10

Participating in the activity of composting has afforded her many life lessons\, taught by nature and the elements.
