The Oh Yeahs is an acoustic female trio featuring three of Chicago’s top vocalists and multi-instrumentalists: Leslie Beukelman, Allison Orobia, and Sarah Marie Young. Each of these women has a diverse musical background, but they all have one thing in common: they love to make music and sing together, and it shows. The Oh Yeahs leave audiences wondering who is singing which part as they weave their voices together in harmony and warm unison. Accompanied by guitar, ukulele, percussion, and trumpet or melodica, The Oh Yeahs showcase their vibrant personality on their latest self-titled release. Their live show and new album feature each woman’s songwriting and unique approach to popular music.
